I worked at Sears full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Interview was fairly easy the two that were interviewing me really cool.

    Cons

First off there were two trainers on two different planets! They didn't know how to communicate with each other, and definitely not to us. I feel like I was very ill prepared. A lot of us were confused by the time we actually got to nesting, and the nesting managers were worse. I couldn't take it anymore so I had to move on.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to pay more attention to the employees.
