I worked at Sears part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Fairly easy job with lots of down-time

Cons

The can be inflexible when it comes to work schedules and hours, they rely on a rotating weekly schedule even for part-time so it was difficult to balance a life with such irregular hours. They work you very hard and only pay minimum wage.
