ProsI got experience with customers, cashier, stocking and I did a variety of merchandising

ConsNo teamwork, managers depend on cashiers too much

Advice to Senior ManagementThey should give employees a reason for ambition

Constant upset customers, little pay, no training, outdated technology

Pros: Flexible schedule, nice coworkes. Only reason for two stars Cons: Work for a parts store for sears. Constant upset customers, little pay, no training, outdated technology, the newer equipment we sell is crap.
