Pros

They help match your personality to the position

Cons

The processes after they want you has overwhelmed their affiliates

Advice to Management

Use a different drug screen company, seems they can't follow up in a timely manner. When you need new employees & accept them the processes should be in a timely manner. I did the drug screen on 8/22 and they should have called me to clarify prescriptions I take and have not! I hope they themselves have not disqualified because of my medicines.

    Pros

    Leads are provided. Insurance provided.

    Cons

Leads not distributed evenly. Average daily commute 100-300 miles. Commission structure, rep takes all the risk. Coupons and or any misspects on jobs, commission drops to $50 on sales of $10,000. Continuous revolving door for reps. Leads are not good.

    Advice to Management

Management not concerned about training and retaining reps. Flat out lied to employees about commission and commuting. Had multiple talks with multiple managers. Issues were never resolved. Management says average rep made $72k, top rep made $52k
