Former Employee - Consultative Sales Associate in West Hartford, CT

I worked at Sears part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I was a sales associate in the electronics department and working there was not too bad. If you can sell, then you have a good opportunity to make money because the job pays commission. The associates that I worked with were also very friendly.

    Cons

Management was a little rough and gave us tasks to do that were not that great. In addition to selling, we cleaned the department, made signs, and other tedious things. I personally would not to work there again. Company seems like it was falling apart.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
