I worked at Sears as a contractor for less than a year

Pros

didn't find much, but only feeling of working for a large retailer, but end of the day the salary is low compared to others. You get 20% employee discount on every purchase.

Cons

you get 20% employee discounts but i find most of the items still will be costly than some of the other competitors. Once a seasonal employee, very hardly they take you in permanent positions.

consider seasonal employees to get them in for permananet

    -Good environment
    -Air condition is on during summer
    -You have a say in your hours

    Cons

    -Management had evident favourites
    -Many managers are always late. I thought if we sales associate come on time, shouldn't managers be held to the same attendance standard?
