    Pros

    Competitive salary, room for advancement, great associates.

    Cons

    Cheyenne location poorly managed. Policy followed inconsistently, favorites get what they want and those that are not on the favorite list are targeted, store is run with a bias to men and women are treated differently. When you speak up to management and district management you are retaliated against for sharing your feelings.

    Advice to Management

    Interview associates in store don't always believe 100% what SGM's communicate.

    Pros

    The upper management support the team at the store level

    Cons

    employees do not care about there job,which in turn show on the customer experience very difficult to change that kind of attitude if they are not compensate adequately.The good folks will leave the company and the one's that have no motivation and real interest to provide the customer a real shopping experience will stay,because the cycle always continue you get what you pay for....

    Advice to Management

    Change the compensation for all levels of staff make them value there jobs and always strive to be the best,compensate them well that way they do not leave and we attract top talent into the company.
