I have been working at Sears full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

not for sure what to say. I am grateful for a job in these days and times.

    Cons

no raises or proper training or respect. so much of a turn over of people maybe there should be better incentives to get better people or keep the ones you get. Managers don't have any balls not to mention you go through store managers. There is favortism, no praise or thank you for a job well done stabbed in the back thrown under the bus schedules not done til the last minute on a saturday nobody follows policies or rules i always learned to follow rules managers don't listen you go to store manager with a problem its ignored his thinks it will work itself out instead of taking action no matter what you do its never right softlines mgr will confront people on floor in front of customers that is so wrong

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to your employees don't shrug them off thats the problem you don't care about employees no raises, crappy mgrs,
