    Pros

A excellent holiday and job for someone who has nothing on their hands but time! I've worked there for 2 years and it has been very good to me.

    Cons

The hours sometimes change rapidly. Some things are demanding especially in sales at the cash register, such as credit and sales goal.

    Advice to Management

Maybe, from time to time, take a little closer look at the staff that is there.

    Pros

-Never had an issue with getting hours
    - Working with customers was usually a positive experience
    - Recognition for achieving goals was normal

    Cons

    - Numbers is everything to this company. Credit apps and protection agreements are more important than Customer Service & Satisfaction.
    - Not achieving your goals would lead to your hours being cut.
    - Benefits weren't great

    Advice to Management

When you have to sell side profit-rich items to make any money as a retailer, you obviously are in deep trouble.
