I have been working at Sears full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Some great people to work with. Great location (head office).

    Cons

Incompetent management. People are promoted without merit, so there are many people who are way in over their heads, starting from the CEO down. Horrible communication. Non existent processes. IT systems are about 20 years old. Poor strategy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on the customer, not just pushing the same product week after week and wondering why results continue to decline.

    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
