Pros

Usually Good environment, fun people, they are always playing games and having contest to help make the people competitive with each other. Easy to speak face to face with management when you have issues,

Cons

Some customers are just asses and you kinda have no choice but to deal with them. You have to work almost every holiday, the store is always open except Christmas.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.
