Pros

Coworkers are really nice and help each other out. It's pretty easy to get a job there. You get to meet a bunch of different people.

Cons

employees are overworked and underpaid. Sometimes there aren't enough people working on the floor to get the job done. Supervisors yell at employees for not being able to finish even though there are only two people on the entire floor, besides cashiers

Advice to Management

Hire more employees or give employees a raise. Turnover wouldn't be as high

    Pros

They always paid on time, which was nice. That's what you expect from an employer though, so they don't get points for it.

    Cons

The company has no direction and its desire to follow Wal Mart's lead has led to an environment that actively works against productivity and efficiency.

    Pros

Close to where I lived and was tied to the mall.

    Cons

Not enough staff for the required level of costumer service. Management like to hide.

    Advice to Management

If you can't walk the walk don't talk the talk.
