Sears – “Eh”

Pros

If there's one super nearby. Or you like cars (I worked in the Sears Auto Center). Store management is accepting and nice enough.

Cons

Very very low pay. Almost no benefits (10% discount card - barely worth anything). Poorly run organization in general, although my bosses were cool.

Advice to Senior Management

Store management - keep on trucking. Upper management - Sears is a pathetic, run down store with no discernable competitive advantage.
