Pros

Benefits are decent, including a great employee discount and many other oppurtunities to save on purchases.
HR is very regulated, policies and procedures very clear.
There is a lot of oppurtunity to grow within the company and be promoted from within. They value the development of its associates.

Cons

All feedback depends on your direct manager.
Sometimes promotions seem unfair when you see a lot of external hires and they all came from the same company as your district manager, seems a little biased. Why is something like that allowed to go on?
Trying to jump from behind the times to ahead of everyone else too quickly and don't have the infrastructure there to support it.
There are so many processes you never have time to do your job: serve the public.

Advice to Senior Management

Need to invest more money in upgrading our technology and the networks and servers. They are finally getting on board with programs that other companies have been using for years but the system can not handle the programs creating frustration for those of us trying to use them.
