I have been working at Sears

    Pros

    Management in-store is decent.
    Pay is good.

    Cons

Sales Manager. He has his head so far up the District Manager's ass, he can do anything and get away with it. This company is going way down hill, very fast.
Undoubtedly the worst Corporate in retail.
