Pros

Schedule is somewhat flexible. Enjoyed working as a team with co-workers.

Cons

Constantly berated by management on a daily basis for not closing every sale with protection agreements, and opening a sears credit card.

Advice to Management

Learn to communicate with employees instead of talking down to them.

    Pros

    Fewer hours during the day for salaried managers than many retailers. Company relied on managers to manage their own business.

    Cons

    District manager could arbitrarily make you work 7 days if he didn't like one of the miscellaneous sales or customer service scores that week. Technology is lagging behind other retailers. Warranty sales outweigh overall sales.

    Advice to Management

    Upgrade to iPhones and iPads for sales associates to use and make technology platform more stable so online sales can be stronger. Provide more in-store inventory. Make the inventory available quicker to customers: either in-store or through online sales.

    Pros

    I was surrounded by people at the local level that continually worked to make the store look the best it could.....never did we get an audit that was less than superior

    Cons

    Started seeing a change in the attitude from upper Mgt.....seems there was a loss of direction...brought in young managers bent on making bonuses..whether right or shady

    Advice to Management

    This is like watching a slow moving train wreck....you know how it's going to end...but you keep watcing
