I have been working at Sears full-time (less than a year)

Pros

Great pay when you make enough sales, friendly coworkers and managers, decent training systems

Cons

Not enough customers and not competitively priced enough for sales to be better or even with the competition. Lots of problems with technology or lack thereof, miscommunication between services and sales, and high expectations for sales people with no way to achieve the goals.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Push for better equipment and empower sales associates with the ability to bring in customers.

I have been working at Sears full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The leads are provided by the company. You just have to show up and give a presentation. Mileage is paid for by the company.

    Cons

You will put a lot of miles on your car. Typical day is 8am to 10pm and they will want you to work 6 days a week.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide better compensation and you will have much less turnover.
