I have been working at Sears full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great pay when you make enough sales, friendly coworkers and managers, decent training systems

Cons

Not enough customers and not competitively priced enough for sales to be better or even with the competition. Lots of problems with technology or lack thereof, miscommunication between services and sales, and high expectations for sales people with no way to achieve the goals.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Push for better equipment and empower sales associates with the ability to bring in customers.

I worked at Sears full-time for more than a year

    Pros

honestly, none, at least at the location near me

    Cons

non-communication, non-management, (literally would hide from customer issues in office), double standards, selective enforcement, not a business, the atmosphere was more like a kindergarten

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retire, change jobs, or take some "Basic 101" Communication classes, as well, as sales, customer service 101. As far as"management", unfortunately, it's known, not thought, to be a "lost" cause.
