Pros

Being a student the work hours can be flexible.

Cons

It not hard to get promotions.

    I worked at Sears part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Fast Paced, amazing co-workers, great manager. I loved working with people directly. Sales were a lot of fun. Because of my position being seasonal, the hours were great because it was always busy.

    No Cons, I enjoyed my experience.
