very flexible scheduling and a good amount of work hours co-workers are friendly and fun low stress work environment

    Cons

cashiers are constantly pressured to get customers to apply for credit applications employees feel unappreciated, turnover rate is extremely high commission percentages so small, as low as 1% employee discount as low as 10%

    Advice to Management

show your employees you appreciate them by giving better benefits and incentives

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Some good coworkers, used position as a "stepping stone" to further career.

    Cons

High turnover and long employment process means lack of associates. Poor management and low pay gives associates a "don't care" attitude. Outdated facilities and nonfunctioning equipment frustrating for customers and associates. Expected to meet unrealistic credit app. and reward card goals.

    Advice to Management

Don't treat the auto center as if it is another dept. of the store, it is NOT retail. We are here to service customers vehicles, that should be the no. 1 priority. Being shortstaffed we don't always have time to push unwanted credit and SYWR cards. More automotive advertising and shorten the employment process. BETTER PAY to attract and retain quality employees.
