Former Employee - Manager in Hoffman Estates, IL

I worked at Sears full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

The company has great work culture, flexible hours, good work life balance and a great brand built over the years.

    Cons

The most confusing part is the management directions of different business units, non concentrated efforts and a lot of bureaucracy

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Competing within one's own business units will only push Sears down further
