I have been working at Sears part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I liked the fast paced work environment and I liked the challenging tasks. The management was fair and would listen to input.

    Cons

Sears apparently does not hire anyone on probation or with anything negative on their record. I was let go for this reason.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give people a chance that are trying to turn their lives around. I was a great employee and was fired because of a rule.
