Awful, do not recommend for anyone to work here. They really do not care about you, and are all about pinching pennies.

Pros

Flexible around school schedule, and some nice people there

Cons

Rude, managers do not care, no chances of advancement.

Advice to Management

Crackdown on the racism, and not allowing others to use racial slurs.

    Pros

Not much to praise. I remember the good old days, when the company was a vibrant, tight-knit community. Those days are long gone.

    Cons

Tangled web of systems, extremely slow pace of projects, high pressure.

    Advice to Management

Complete transformation is needed at this point. Break up the company, sell off or spin off the valuable parts, go completely off-mall into smaller footprint stores that are tightly focused.

I would not work here again.

    Pros

    Flexible hours. In store discounts.

    Cons

Management disrespects employees as well as customers. Understaffed. Very underpaid for the work expected. The turn over rate is extremely high because of how employees are treated for minimum wage.

    Advice to Management

Yelling at associates doesn't help get anything done.
