I have been working at Sears full-time for more than a year

    Pros

My position has good hours, decent pay. Merchandise district managers are knowledgeable. Discount. My job has a cool job description.

    Cons

Store is filthy, managers are hired based on friendship. Sketchy managers. Be prepared to be bullied. Insensitive to disabled employees. Lazy managers. Cult like meetings. Prepare to be belittled and treated like garbage. You are the "help" you will be taken advantage of.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating your employees with dignity and respect. You will be surprised what a positive attitude can do.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
