Pros

Bonuses for every credit application, Time-off when requested
The job is good if you're a teenager looking for some extra money. Even if you're in college it's a pretty decent job as long as you have no real bills to pay like car notes, rent, etc.

Cons

Schedule based off credit application performance, No raises for the past 6 pears, Favortism
Your schedule is based off of how many credit applications you pull in. Your customer service skills basically don't matter at all. Some workers are rude to the customers, but as long as their credit app numbers are high, no one cares. They do not do raises...you will be stuck at $8.25 per hour and you only see the bonus for the credit apps on the first check of each month. The management was very unfair. They are very child-like in a way. It was like being in high school all over again. I got along with most of the managers so my schedule was nice, but other employees were treated like crap, which I didn't like too much. There's not much room for moving up. Most people worked there for years before being able to become apart of management.

Sears is the worst store I have ever been to. Terrible customer service, lack of knowledge about their products.
