I have been working at Sears full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

none bleak future if if you just have to have a job take it but keep looking.

    Cons

Poor pay, long hours, micro management. you will be constantly hounded through out the day to sell or produce. Work load has more than doubled within the last 5 years with out a corresponding increase in pay. The pay you start with is the pay you will receive during your tenure. So many other things that it is hard to list. They will take your desperation to find a job and will keep you imprisoned with it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop weakening your foundation, your employees, Instead strengthen it by treating them like they a disposable asset. Stop using the poor economy as an excuse to keep your employees on there knees. When the only reason that people stay is to just have a job then you shake the only thing supporting you. Even hardened concrete will bear only so much before it crumbles.
