Telemarketer for the maintenance agreements

Telemarketer (Current Employee)
Winter Park, FL

Prosflexible hours, upbeat work environment, good discount on sears products, management did well, benefits were ok, great as a 1st job to learn sales.

ConsThe con will be the telemarketing part, it's not easy cold calling people and getting a positive feedback. If you don't mind sitting and doing cold calls, it's not that bad.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe constant positive attitude rubbed well with employees, it's not easy working in that environment and attempting to do fun things worked well.
