Pros

You get a paycheck. If you enjoy being berated by upper management this is the place for you.

Cons

In house fighting between divisions to decide who pays to fix any issues with guest or product. Underhanded attempts to sell protection plans.

    Pros

I wish there was a pro.

    Cons

By far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Recruiter painted a picture that was so far from the truth is was disgusting.

I worked at Sears full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The people i worked with were great

    Cons

worked here for 3 years. never got a raise or a promo. but they had me train all incoming workers and managers. they only show pride in cashiers because when members do the serv it only brings up the cashiers name. most people quiet after 3 weeks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

show more pride in all workers, just because someones name is not on a CSAT does not mean they found an item for that member, they helped that member find what they needed, that they stocked and re ordered items for the member. MCAs are under paid and NEVER THANKED IN ANY WAY! also when a new position is open everyone should be notifided not just those who know about the person who quit or stepped down.
