ProsBeing a large company Sears offers the opportunity to work in various businesses and the Company is flexible about associates moving between different businesses.

ConsLarge number of associates make up for the dismal state of IT systems in the company. The result is bad quality of work one gets to do. Aggressive cost cutting.

Advice to Senior ManagementFix the failing businesses, systems and atleast attempt to keep the employees satisfied. Building the company for the long term needs work on all the fronts
