Pros

Flexible schedule and it is near the red line.

Cons

They have no respect for individual needs. They don't care about their workers. Under-paid work when the company is made $400 billion dollars in FY2011. Extremely unstable, you can get your hours cut at any time.

Advice to Management

The wage you pay is no where near living wage and the way you pay is very inconsiderate to basic human needs.

    Pros

Flexible schedules, technology, training, the abiity to go into other staff managment offices and step right in with internet based systems.

    Cons

Relocation depends on what state you live in - EX if there was only one office in Rhode Island, and you didnt want to move, you would be at dead end.
