    My Biggest Mistake

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Bothell, WA

I have been working at Seattle Genetics full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Good pay and nice location. A lot of truly great coworkers.… Cons: Certain managers have no clue how to lead or motivate… Advice to Senior Management: Spend less time trying to get honest negative reviews removed from the internet and spent more time… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

The head of clinical programming controls everyone by setting his own agenda… Advice to Senior Management: Let employees live a little. Just because they are paid doesn't mean that you to have… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
