Current Employee – been working at Seattle Housing Authority

Pros – My boss was not a micro-manager.
I was given the tools required to perform my job.
I felt the work I performed was well received and very helpful.

Cons – There were times that bureaucry made getting the job done difficult.

Advice to Senior Management – Please work with the unions on being able to let the non-performing workers go
