    Pros

There are a few post that are stress free and there are alot of post that are easy to work.

    Cons

Everything else is really bad working at this company.......health plans are the worst ever and it's hard to get a day off. Management is terrible and poor........The pay is really low so if hired with this company you're gonna need a second job. There is really no bright future with this company.

I have been working at SecurAmerica full-time

    Pros

Provides uniforms for officers. They let you work autonomously unless there is an issue.

    Cons

Does not have clear details for officer position or supervisor. Does not back up supervisors when dealing with clients. Low pay all around and terrible health benefits. Chain of command is the worst I have ever seen or been a part of. As a supervisor, you are given a blackberry so that you can get calls at any time and you are not paid to be on-call twenty four hours, seven days a week. You have to carry with you no matter what.

    Advice to Management

Give better pay especially to supervisors who are not salaried and have to be connected to blackberry to receive calls at any time. Get better health benefits and a retirement plan
