Securitas – “Not a bad place to settle down.”

Pros

More than anything is the friendly, no pressuer atmosphere. Everyone says hello in the halls, and more often than not people know you when you walk down a hallway. Also , they are on a beautiful campus.

Cons

Pay in the technical fields is a bit below average and advancement is difficult. Typically ,people that are looking to move up in their field end up having to go elsewhere.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more attentive to people's needs within the support group. Although supporting the field is our primary objective, it is imperative that the support group know they're appreciated.
