No pay raises, no contract information shared with account managers, or security officers so employees do not know in advance what exact holiday dates are paid time and a half. One Security Officer called the "Alert Line" on a discrimination matter and got no response. This line was intended for any Securitas employee to confidentialy report things like discrimination, drugs, theft, fraud, violation of any company policy, etc.

Advice to Senior Management

There should be financial compensation given to Security Officers who have proven their worth. No pay raises have been given since Securitas bought Pinkerton. Securitas charges the companys they provide services for more each year but the Security Officers pay stays the same.
