Great people to work with , pretty good perks, management ok training subpar

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Mason, OH

Prosyou get to make your own hours within what the department requires and those very within the department, excellent opportunities to make a good bonus, upper management seems to care about the well being of the employees

Consmainly a collections job where a majority of the customer base is current active military, depending what department you start in, if you change departments your pay will be cut switching departments, micromanagement. Very numbers oriented , only one week of training.

Advice to Senior Managementmake goals easier to obtain, don't make it more difficult. Be more thorough with training it needs to be at least two weeks long not one week , it needs to be more in depth.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
