If your main focus is your career and you don't need time for a personal life then this is the job for you.

Claims Examiner II (Current Employee) Deerfield, IL

ProsThe benefit package is good and they give you a good amount of vacation days. There is no waiting period for benefits to start once hired.

ConsThe work load is too high and there are not enough employees for the work. Monthly metrics are unrealistic for the work load.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more people so the work can be distributed out in a reasonable level. Try to give employees time to investigate pending claims before giving them a load of new claims.
