no work life balance

ProsAdvancement opportunities if you work hard and stand out. You get generous amount of time off, but have fun trying to use it.

ConsNo work life balance at all. They are "no excuses" according to management for anything. They will draw on her blood to please the client with no help and heavy caseloads. Basically, you are better off going somewhere else in the claim industry. Or, get out once you have experience. Turnover is very high. No incentives at to examiners but management gets them.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop promising the moon and the stars to the client on a poor budget-all off the backs of the employees. You will never have stable accounts this way- BE REALISTIC!
