ProsThe staff is supportive. You can gain knowledge and training in the customer service and claims management field.

ConsHours are sometimes long and the pressure to meet quotas and have fast paced accurate and thorough claims can be overwhelming at times. Also, I did not feel there was true room and training for advancement. I had my Bachelor's degree at the time of employment and felt that I could have advanced with additional training if it were available.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore rewards and incentives for employees hard work.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
