Pros

The staff is supportive. You can gain knowledge and training in the customer service and claims management field.

Cons

Hours are sometimes long and the pressure to meet quotas and have fast paced accurate and thorough claims can be overwhelming at times. Also, I did not feel there was true room and training for advancement. I had my Bachelor's degree at the time of employment and felt that I could have advanced with additional training if it were available.

More rewards and incentives for employees hard work.

    Pros

    The company offers Great PTO. You will have plenty of work to do. It is always a busy place to work. That also can be a problem as well.

    Cons

    * Tough work environment. Pressure and stress is high
    * Toxic work environment between teams. The business, IT, implementations don't work together very well. Lots of infighting. Lots of finger pointing.
    * Low perceived appreciation from upper management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    One company one team? I don't think so.
