Pros

The pay isn't too bad. It is competitive.

Cons

Management is not experienced. Very unappropriate behavior.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think before you promote. Your hiring process needs to be revamped. CEO's should be screened thoroughly. Hiring locally is done on a whim to just fill the position. Turn over rate is extrememly high due to the lack of trust and respect of management.

    makes it sound good, everything is feasible and doable

    Cons

    > 100% productivity expectation, u r just a number not a clinician with judgement of what care and how much care u provide

    Pros

    benefit package is very fair and competitive, support from clinical services team, continuing education. being a large company, there are much more clinical resources available to increase knowledge base and trouble shoot problems.

    Cons

    can be numbers oriented sometimes...schedules can be inflexible... no marketing help to promote practice..most marketing is required by clinic managers with little to no experience or time to perform that role. easy to feel like just a number sometimes, though that can be with any large orginazation. difficult to negotiate pay raises due to nature of healthcare field

    Marketing is a must in outpatient rehab division.... being killed by competitors marketing
