The office that I worked at didn't have a priority on training and did not complete spot-checks until problems surfaced.

I worked at Select Staffing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you are willing to accept less pay during a job transition and to keep food on the table.... Then this company fits the bill. Understand that this is a staffing company so this should not be considered a long term solution to anyone's career goals until you are "Corporate Employee" or the position is temp-to-hire.

    Cons

The company know that most people that walk through their doors are not in a position to dictate any pay requirements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Greater oversight is needed to ensure both workers and clients needs are being met. Incorrect billing and pay will tarnish the image other locations are working hard to maintain.
