Best place to work if you are trying to sell Life Insurance over the phone. Many of your "leads" are complete crap.

    Pros

Base Salary, leads come to you no travel.

    Cons

No chance of advancement, very matrix obsessed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop rewarding agents that throw up crap that goes no where. Honestly, a 70 year old with heart problems isn't going to pay the premiums on a rated case.

I have been working at SelectQuote full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

-High earning potential (If you work hard)
    -Ability to grow
    -Fun environment
    -Great coworkers
-Lots of incentives in place for sales agents

    Cons

    -Normal growing pains
-Lack of leadership within some managers
-No professional developement track in place
-Some distance between the 3 divisions
-Not really any incentives in place for non-sales agents

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a look from the bottom up, and not just looking at the top down. Listen to what your employees have to say, and embrace the fact that there need to be some changes made inorder to keep growing. Do not promote individuals that lack the experience needed in a high up position. Other than that I think you on the right path.
