    Pros

reputation of the company..pay... discount on the products

    Cons

unprofessional team who didn't gel well - low support from womenswear managers... Work teams themselves didn't spend enough time training staff - just expected HR to train up staff, and therefore the training was not specific/authentic to the role...

    Advice to Management

Be more considerate of staff's personal circumstances, who try their absolute best to not let such experiences affect their job. Work more and support junior staff/new staff, to not only ease them into a new team, but to help build their confidence to provide the best service they can. You being blunt, non-understanding and clique-y will only upset and anger junior staff, who will simply and have nothing good to say from their work experience.

  2. Very tight top down management structure, from bad to worse

    Pros

    Nice people
Laid back a few years back
great discount 35% on perfumery and own bought, 10-15% on concessions, but only a limited amount on the staff card, you cannot make big purchases and the card is quite a nightmare, it eats all your money!

    Cons

HORRIBLE DISRESPECTFUL BULLY AND UNEDUCATED BONUS HUNGRY MANAGERS
there is like one good manager out of a ten, but they do NOT support your development, very tight environment, they never encourage you and basically dont care and always mess up your pay
    there is absolute favouritism
Longer and longer working hours, they would turn it into Tesco if they could
they are High street but think they are Harrods!
you will never get the holidays you want
human resources are dumb bimbos who will always favour management
huge turnover only miserable losers work there

    Advice to Management

chill and treat your customer facing sales staff like real people, with respect
