Sempra Energy – “Manager doesnt know how to manage”

Well i would hae to say that the pay and the bonuses are one reason to work for this company. IN all honesty i have only been there for 3 months but i think the biggest problem i see is lack of communication from managment to their employees. It is also very frustrating because the current manger in our department has no clue on how to run a department, so there is no structure.
