I have been working at Sendmail

Pros

You will work with some very smart and hard working people. The pay here is more than most companies pay for the same position. The customer base is all top fortune 100 companies. The executive staff are all very smart and hard working.

Cons

The company is very small and the opportunity to grow is very limited. Most people have been here for 5 or more years and they are all in the same position.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more polite and considerate.
