    Pros

It is a nice facility and the residents are very friendly. The food is great there, and very inexpensive for lunch.

    Cons

They post for full time positions and yet when they hire you they tell you that it is only per diem.

    Advice to Management

I would strongly advise the upper management and leadership to work more with employees that have children when it comes to their scheduling.

    Pros

Salary was fair considering an expensive benefit package that covers very little.

    Cons

Company not respected because of lack of development of good talent, non existent standards, favortism, and good ole boy network. More than doing your job dealing with external forces that make doing your job harder. Fellow managers are typically poorly educated and lack professionalism needed to succeed. Personally seen job discrimination where applicants were hired based on everthing but qualifications. Upper management engaged in vengeful tactics to force good managers out. Typically collaborating with junior managers to do so. Improper oversight from corporate allowed unit directors to rewrite labor law and generally accepted employment practices. Culture of fear and hostility was created and perpetuated leading to no cohesion among management. Not a textbook case of management. Accountablity left when mangers were often undermined by Directors. What a joke dont waste your time. Great for a stepping stone to something else.

    Advice to Management

Develop managers who lack skills, pay managers who possess skills.
