Pros

Very good 401k package with 100% match, employer backed healthcare plan available, very nice people to work with, wide variety of positions available, bonus/profit-sharing plans available

Cons

Very conservative environment, paid-time off is marginal at best (no sick time separate from vacation), management seems to have heavy distrust of employees,

Advice to Senior Management

Management needs to learn how to communicate better with it's employees, learn to trust their abilities and expertise, and think of them as assets as opposed to liabilities
