Lots of backup and able to help in many ways lots of nice people to work with

Cons

top management does not care how long you been there will lay you off in a heart beat

Advice to Management

Just don't say really care about your people

    Pros

    Office culture was great and leadership was inspiring.

    Cons

    Computer system for management was not user friendly and really time consuming compared to other Mgmt software in the industry.

    Advice to Management

    As a new employee in was intimidating to understand who was there for your properties A nice introduction sheet with a conference team call would have been nice.

    This employer offers great compensation and a benefits package including paid training.

    Cons

    Corporate policy, values and job descriptions at the district level differ from the overall organization for administrative employees.

    Advice to Management

    Corporate management should listen to the work load and office policy and job description issues encountered by their administrative staff at the district levels and address the district vs. corporate policy and job description differences without discrimination, faulty judgment and wrongful termination.
