Pros

Education, Etthical, loads of free product, fun environment, opportunity for advancement, company values individuals, cool interaction with brand partners, opportunity for travel.

Cons

Pay scale is low for commitment and devotion required. Very little value placed on College Degrees. Promotions require much more time than necessary.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure quality employees make enough money and get promoted. This ensures loyalty and will reduce turnover. Always lead by example so employees can see that we are truly a team.

    Pros

    Very bright, talented people who embrace technology and beauty.

    Cons

    Not the place for risk takers. Things can move slowly. Could use a shot of adrenaline to the culture.

    Hire somebody to methodically shake the cobwebs off these people!

    I have been working at Sephora full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Very big on training their employees, A respectful work atmosphere. Ability to move up and the gratis is great.

    Cons

    The On Call shifts, Dealing with Artists that think they straight from «hollywood and too good to be bothered with an express service., for someone who might not turn into a five hundred dollar basket.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Watch the employees who always want to leave early when on call, they ask to leave before their on call shift started., , but when the paychecks are small, they complain.
