Pros

Education, Etthical, loads of free product, fun environment, opportunity for advancement, company values individuals, cool interaction with brand partners, opportunity for travel.

Cons

Pay scale is low for commitment and devotion required. Very little value placed on College Degrees. Promotions require much more time than necessary.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make sure quality employees make enough money and get promoted. This ensures loyalty and will reduce turnover. Always lead by example so employees can see that we are truly a team.

    Pros

    Even though it was a seasonal job, they tried to make us feel welcome and appreciated.

    Cons

    Those working on the stage were definitely valued more than operations, despite being seasonal also.

    Make sure day cast does their fare share and doesn't leave it for the night shift to clean up.

    Great benefits for part time and full time employees, flexible shifts

    Cons

    Old technology at the cash register, hot polyester uniform, make up required for dress code, management tends to have favoritism, training needs to be available for all employees not just per department
