Cons

The IT division was run by Senior Management who didn't have a clue about IT and would be better off running toilet cleaning contracts. Their usual model was to put in experts in the field, which they failed to do in this case, leading to the company failing.

Advice to Senior Management

Go back to running heads-based contracts and leave IT to the professionals.
