Great People....but not the best company.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
Fairborn, OH

I worked at Serco, Inc. for more than 3 years

ProsThe people you work with are pretty great. The pay was good and the company (depending on the office) has a family-first attitude with a caring feeling.

ConsCorporate training is almost non-existant for things they want you to do with the job. Yearly evaluations are a joke. There is almost no interaction between upper management and the casual worker. Upper management does not really care about the employees, but only about the bottom line.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat people more like you would want to be treated. Let your people in the market they are in have more say in how pricing is run since they know that market better.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
