I have been working at Serco full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Co workers make it a fun place to work, it is a sit down position not a hard job can be challenging sometimes but that is at any place you work

Cons

they lie to you and have favorites,getting promoted is not as easy as says

Advice to ManagementAdvice

They need to listen more to the employees, turn over rate would be lower if they gave more money

    I worked at Serco full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    It was very interesting and challenging from time to time. There are many possibilities to grow within the company. If you work there you can have a very flexible schedule.

    Cons

    When I was working there the main issue was the management. Many thinks went wrong because of this and lead to the departure of many great and hard-working people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Maybe the feedback of people should be considered, when they are leaving the company. Also there are many problems within some teams (rivalries, etc.). Maybe it would be good to try to provide some teambuilding trainings.
